Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronises movement with breath. It's often described as a "moving meditation" because practitioners move through poses in a fluid sequence, guided by their breath.

Benefits of Vinyasa Yoga

- Flow and Movement: Vinyasa allows you to flow through poses, creating a continuous movement that can be both invigorating and calming.

- Breath Awareness: The breath is used as a metronome, syncing each movement with an inhale or exhale. This not only helps with the flow of the practice but also deepens your awareness of breath.

- Workout and Cardiovascular Benefits: Faster vinyasas can provide a workout that increases heart rate and builds internal heat. It can be quite dynamic and physically challenging.

- Therapeutic and Reflective: Slow vinyasa allows for a more therapeutic and meditative experience. It's a chance to refine poses, go inward, and create a reflective pause.

- Strength, Flexibility, and Mobility: Vinyasa yoga works on all aspects of fitness, including strength, flexibility, and mobility. Each pose and transition engages different muscle groups.
