Yoga in the Workplace
Sometimes you cannot fit it all in. Exercising early in the morning may be a big no no if you love staying in bed that extra hour or perhaps you have a family to or other work to tend to. If you have an employer who cares about the health and welfare of their staff, they may even contribute to the cost. A workforce that feels supported and nurtured with yoga will feel more connected with themselves and others, enhancing relationships and the working environment.
