At Cardamom Coaching, our one-to-one sessions are crafted around you, your experience level, your goals, and your current energy. This is your sacred space to slow down, build strength, improve flexibility, or simply reconnect with your breath.

I provide props if needed and integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and guided relaxation so you leave each session feeling centred and uplifted.
