Q: Is this suitable for total beginners?

A: Yes, absolutely. These sessions are designed for people with little to no experience and taught at your pace.

 

Q: What should I wear or bring?

A: Comfortable clothing, a little towel and a bottle of water.

(A yoga mat is helpful, but I can bring one for you if needed).

 

Q: Can I do this with a friend or partner?

A: Yes! These sessions can be booked as 1:1 or in small groups (up to 3 people), perfect for friends or couples learning together.
