This session is designed to help you transform your emotional well-being and cultivate inner peace, enabling you to become more aware of your feelings and release any emotional tension that may be holding you back. You will learn powerful techniques of conscious communication to transform your relationships and get your needs met. Topics include happiness, the needs of human beings, emotions and dosha types, seven biological responses, conscious communication, healing the source of stress, practices for emotional clearing and using attention to enliven your health.
