THE COACHING PROCESS & GAJA TM METHOD
Our work begins with a shared understanding.
In an initial consultation, we explore your intentions, clarify expectations and create a safe and supportive space for your journey. You’ll be invited to complete a coaching agreement, intake form, and optional Ayurvedic mind-body questionnaires, allowing your sessions to be tailored to your unique constitution and needs.
Your intake session looks more deeply at key areas of your life - such as sleep, nutrition, movement, self-care and emotional wellbeing, to identify where support is most needed.
From there, we work through the Gaja™ Coaching model, guiding you through insight, reflection and aligned action.
We close by reflecting on your progress, celebrating your growth and creating a clear path forward, so you feel confident continuing the work independently.
