​Private Mindfulness Practices at Home Duration: 4 x sessions a month ​Enjoy a series of weekly yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions from the comfort of your own home. Supporting mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner calm. Meditation helps to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner calm. For those who wish to learn about these ancient practices or have an established practice and wish to continue on a regular basis with guidance and support. For mental clarity, emotional balance and inner calm. Yogic breathing (pranayama) techniques to support different aspects of well-being. Some breathing practices focus on balancing energy and promoting mental clarity, while others are designed to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Certain techniques energise and refresh the mind, helping to clear away mental fog and boost focus. Each method is thoughtfully chosen to align with your personal needs, enhancing both your physical and mental vitality. Yoga is most well known for being a practice done on a mat for flexibility and mobility but it is actually a science of the mind, a moving meditation for peace, harmony and inner stillness. A highly personalised experience - classes are based on your unique mind/body personality and in the context of your health and well-being needs.  They sessions are experiential and educational and go beyond movement on a mat so you understand why you are doing what you are doing rather than mechanically making shapes with the body.  Woven into classes is yoga philosophy, anatomical instruction, structural and functional alignment meditation and breathwork. A personalised approach, in a safe non-judgemental environment serves to enhance the student:teacher connection. As our relationship evolves and I am able to adapt sessions according to your needs or current stresses or concerns. This is all about me supporting you and your vision of health, taking into account current mobility or flexibility issues and working towards where you want to be. ​​​
