This workshop explores sensory self-care practices using sound, touch, sight, taste and smell, including mantra, meditation, aromatherapy, colour, visualisation and healing daily rituals. Helpful for: nervous system balance, emotional nourishment, self-care, burnout, sensory overload, low mood and creating a calmer inner and outer environment.
