    At ginaclements.com, I offer life coaching services that will help move you towards optimal health and wellbeing. My 10-session package includes an Initial Consultation, Intake Form, Ayurvedic MindBody assessments, and 8 coaching sessions that are tailor-made according to your personality, lifestyle, existing commitments and likes and dislikes. With my guidance, we co-create a plan that involves finding your soul purpose and setting realistic goals for you to realise your full potential. You will set intentions find meaning and also take a deep dive into those self-limiting beliefs and behaviours that may have been holding you back. We aim to integrate all parts of yourself replacing any negative judgements with self compassion. Meanwhile visualisation exercises, meditations and breathing practices alongside other home practices help with accountability and keep you on track. By the end of the coaching process you will see just how far you have come and have in place, the necessary tools and strategies to continue along a path of happiness, contentment and peace.   • Yoga in the Workplace

    Give yourself some energy for the day ahead. Also, if your company is invested in your health they may be able to subsidise part of this service. Yoga for staff can include yoga postures but also meditation and breathwork to help with cognitive performance, increasing levels of concentration, memory and learning. Meditation is about becoming more focused and alert and enhances mental agility resulting in improved executive decision making and creativity. Moving the body in yoga will help with improved mood enabling colleagues to feel more positive by releasing serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. Reducing the heart rage, blood pressure and tension contributes to reduced stress thus having a positive effect on anxiety and depression. Workplace yoga helps teams share experience and build bonds, supporting mental wellbeing. The physical postures of yoga can help to reduce physical pain, workplace stress and decrease absenteeism. With energy levels increased, you could be more productive and motivated to work. A win : win situation for staff and employers alike and a good investment.

  • Session Two: Ayurvedic Nutrition

    This session focuses on selecting the most nourishing foods for your unique mind and body constitution. Through guided Ayurvedic nutritional principles, you will learn to eat using your senses and gain a deeper understanding of the timing, quality, and quantity of food to consume. Discover the benefits of mindful eating and Ayurvedic detoxification to improve your overall wellness.

  • Consultation for Coaching

    This consultation gives us time to see if we are a good fit for each other and to establish what exactly it is you are looking for from coaching.    In our discussions, I  run through the services I offer. You may wish to be coached towards discovering your soul purpose and find meaning in your life releasing self limiting beliefs. You may have specific health and wellness goals such as feeling more in control and less stressed. You may be feeling unhappy with life at the moment and wish to improve your emotional well-being but are not sure how to go about making yourself feel happier. Perhaps you would like to put in place some nourishing self care practices you can incorporate into your existing busy life.  Maybe your sleep schedule or nutrition is off key and weight gain or lethargy is an issue and you need to get back on track. How about establishing a yoga practice or learning to find inner peace with some meditation.  Whatever it is, we can co-create a plan of your needs and look at what will be beneficial to you in the context of your existing lifestyle and commitments, likes and dislikes, intentions and goals and timescale and resources which are available to you. You will take a couple of assessments. One to determine your innate mind-body composition and another to understand your current state of health which will flag up any imbalances you are currently experiencing. In follow up sessions we go deeper through the results, looking specifically at using coaching tools, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and yoga practices relevant to you to help you move towards optimal health and happiness. Please note: If you decide to use my services the consultation it will be included in the 10-11 week coaching service. Please note: If you choose not to have me as your coach (or I decide you may be best served by a different type of coach, depending upon your needs), I will refund you 50% so you will only be paying for the Ayurvedic mind-body composition component of the consultation.

    We discuss what type of service you are looking for.  Here, I can run through the services I offer and what might be beneficial to you in the context of your existing lifestyle and commitments, likes and dislikes. An Ayurvedic Mind-Body Assessment You may decide to have a one off session maybe simply to understand your mind-body composition (dosha) or you may wish to create an Ayurvedic lifestyle for yourself, incorporating new practices into your  daily routine when it suits you and according to which areas need attention. ​One or more Ayurvedic Lifestyle Sessions Maybe you are ready to overhaul your health and wellbeing fully in a five-week personalised programme or just want to tackle one specific area of it. An Ayurvedic lifestyle approach to health and well-being addresses six key pillars of health: sleep, meditation, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, nutrition and self care. Private Coaching Private coaching sessions allow you to find your purpose, set intentions, find meanings and explore the side of you which may prevent you from flourishing.  It can take you from a place of restriction to expansion, allowing you to live your life to its fullest. Yoga Classes Perhaps you want to take a yoga class with me on a regular basis or would like me to devise a yoga-inspired functional movement programme to help you with your chosen sport.  Maybe you wish to have yoga in your school or your teenager learn some well needed life coping skills and strategies.  ​

  • Yoga Parties for All Occasions

    A yoga party with friends or family before or after a big event - allows you to focus on your physical and mental health before the celebrations.   Whilst a yoga party for children allows the little ones to expend some energy with yoga moves and yoga themed games before blowing the candles out and cutting the cake. 

  • Private: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Workshops

    This 1:1 online series of five workshops includes learning the foundational theories of Ayurveda alongside the provision of practical strategies to inform healthy lifestyle choices going forward.   It includes an initial assessment of your unique mind-body composition and a health assessment to identify where you currently have any imbalances. You then will learn how to bring yourself back into balance based on your personality and likes and dislikes, time, family and/or work and other commitments. Ayurveda is a science used to which goes to the root cause of the problem, aiming to prevent illness from taking hold through awareness in making beneficial lifestyle choices. This series gives you the knowledge and tools to create a healthy life using tried and tested Ayurvedic practices enabling you to specifically target areas that may have gone off key as and when it arises. For example if sleep is the aspect of your health that's suffering or your nutrition, maybe you need to move more and use techniques of self care and emotional wellbeing to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress. This service could be just the ticket for you. Take your health and wellbeing knowledge to the next level with a series of online 1:1 workshops to help empower your lifestyle choices going forward.  This is an ideal package for people who want to create optimal health based on your own unique mind-body composition.   • Ayurvedic MindBody Assessment

    55 min initial consultation A Prakruti quiz which will determine you innate mind-body composition.  A Vikruti quiz meanwhile determines your current state of health.  Report of findings (online) feedback session Understanding your organic self and assessing where you currently sit in relation to it helps you to identify imbalances in your current way of life.   • Session Four: Inner Pharmacy

    You will be taught how to strengthen the body's inner pharmacy using sensory practices to balance each of the doshas. Ayurveda places great importance on our sensory functioning because   everything we take in via the senses (sound, touch, sight, taste and smell) is   metabolized into the chemistry and electricity of our body/mind.  The sense organs (ears, skin, eyes, tongue and nose) are the gateways through   which the outer environment enters into our inner environment. The quality of our sensory impressions and health of our gateways therefore  determines the quality of our physical and mental health.  By nourishing ourselves with healing sensory impressions, we can cultivate a quieter, calmer mind and a stable intellect.  This allows us to make choices that  expand our health and wellbeing. In this class, you will learn how to access your inner pharmacy and explore ways to nourish yourselves using the five senses - discovering how music, mantras, meditations, chanting, nutrition, chakra toning, visualisations, aromatherapy and colour can be utilised for greater physical health, emotional well-being and happiness all round.

  • Yoga Sessions in a Hot Studio

    Tuesday mornings 9.30am - 10.30am. Hot hatha yoga class. The thermometer reaches up to around 38 degrees so bring a towel and some water as you will feel the heat in this class, warming your muscles and taking you a little bit further.

  • Almost Private Yoga 1:2+

    Sometimes we don't like doing things by ourselves. This class is for up to five people. Keeping it small still allows for personal instruction as we all move differently and there is much camaraderie that can be built in these sessions, spending time with people you really want to.

  • Yoga for Mum & Baby

    Take some time out with the new addition to your family, moving your body as you feel safe to do so. Please feel free to cuddle, feed or change baby - whatever you need to do to feel supported in this class.
